Just finished catching up with you Chad. It started out so gloriously out west!! I had high hopes your core area hunts would prove to be as fruitful. You certainly deserve the payoff for the extraordinary efforts. No doubt you view it as a very successful season. Anyone hunting 40ish days in the spring would be proud, no matter the number of birds harvested. It’s a pleasure to tag along with you. Enjoy the this time afield, while you remain physically able. You look to be in great shape, so I’m sure you got some years and miles to go. God bless brotha’ and be well. Looking forward to seeing your 2024 season!

2023 was kind of tough year for turkey hunting for me as well as. My friend convinced me to go out on the last day of season and it paid off. I'm glad I didn't sleep in that last morning. Can't wait for spring 2024.

Mr. Claycomb, you are one tenacious turkey hunter. I love your videos. Nobody works harder or enjoys turkey hunting more than I, however, after watching your hunts, you might surpass me. If you ever decide to hunt Arkansas, well, I'd like to watch you call to a Natural State gobbler. Best wishes! Still love the calling.

I suggest you consider this for next Spring. Go fill your tags. Forget the camera. Then guide some buddies as you film. You are killing yourelf.

I've killed a few birds from a standing setup.But I wasnt trying to film either. Now I'm going to throw down a little rap for you. "You do it all for the footage c'mon the footage. I had several of the same results this year myself. I look at the bright side because after the screw ups, I get to hunt another day. lol

I’d have to look at my book but I think I have a buncha birds killed on may 18th. The Thursday before Memorial Day has always been good to me for some reason 🤷‍♂️

Yea those clearings can always get you....the best thing I've learned is stay out of it skirt it or just set up on the edge and call them in to you that's what I do most of the time actually....they like the clearings that's why they watch them excellent protection they know why they like them....well after along season it's time too work out the sling stings and all that stuff and dream about perfecting it all for next fall or the new spring😊....ya know maybe a guy could really get fine tuned and get it down so precisely them dagone Ole turkeys won't stand a chance someday😊...good luck....

What crow call you using love the realistic sounds

Yea it can change in a heartbeat turkey hunting holds alot of weight and after sometime the reward is in your hands before you know it. You guys show good persistence, and also what that can pay off too in a flash😊nice show!
